Payments and Billing
- Payment is due at the time of service and can be made with cash, check, credit card or health savings account cards.
- We do not provide billing to heath insurance
- If you are scheduling a massage due to an accident-related injury, please bring your physician referral and insurance information to your appointment. Auto insurance can be billed directly.
- If you have a referral from your healthcare provider for massage, please bring a copy to your appointment
- Rates do not include sales tax. 9.025% Minneapolis sales tax is applied to all services. If you receive a letter or referral from a doctor or another healthcare provider stating that you would benefit from receiving massage you can be exempt from paying sales tax. Please inquire if you have questions about this.
