Philosophy
In her practice, Rachel believes that every person has their own path to achieving balance and wellness. And it is essential to listen and review a full health history when developing a plan that incorporates massage to achieve a therapeutic goal. This may also include collaborating with patients’ health care practitioners as part of a team approach. All patient sessions include time to review a health history and post-session self-care education.
